The GHR Classic has the traditional look of natural slate, whilst being easy to lay.

The GHR Classic is approved for use in Snowdonia National Park — a sure sign of its quality. The exceptional quality of the sourced rock enables the GHR Classic to be available in larger formats, up to 600x450mm and above.

The rigorous process to achieve approval for use in Snowdonia National Park examines whether the slate is a suitable alternative to indigenous Welsh Slate. The GHR Classic has been deemed an alternative with equivalent colour, texture and weathering characteristics to Ffestiniog Blue Welsh Slate. This approval is a sure sign you can specify and use the GHR Classic with confidence in its performance.

This roofing slate complies with British and European standard BS EN 12326 and the test results show that this slate is A1, T1 and S1.
