EPDM Flat Roof Membrane
RubberCover EPDM rubber roofing from PermaRoof
We stock genuine RubberCover EPDM by Permaroof directly on our shelves, ready for immediate trade counter pickup or fast site delivery. Designed for domestic extensions, commercial flat roofs, and shed upgrades, RubberCover EPDM provides superior, maintenance-free weather protection with zero lead times.
RubberCover EPDM is manufactured from synthetic rubber compounds built to withstand extreme UV exposure, ozone, and thermal movement. It will not crack, rot, or degrade over time, offering unmatched long-term durability. EPDM can provide a seamless, long-lasting rubber roofing system that installs quickly without hot works.
RubberCover EPDM
Engineered with an advanced flexible polymer, the TriRoof HPX Overlay System's superior formula provides an incredible 300% elasticity, allowing the continuous, seamless membrane to flex and expand naturally without cracking or tearing over time. Because it forms a single unbroken layer with no joints or seams, it eliminates the most common failure points where leaks typically start. Designed for convenience, it applies straight from the tub onto damp surfaces with zero mixing required. It adheres brilliantly to most roofing substrates (requiring primer only on bitumen and metal) in temperatures from +5°C to +35°C. Once cured, it resists extreme weather from -20°C to +80°C. Plus, its solvent-free, low-VOC formula makes installation safer for both you and the environment.
Permaroof Water Based Adhesive
PermaRoof's water-based roofing adhesives have been developed to work in conjunction with RubberCover EPDM on timber decks. Available in 5 litre and 2.5 litre tins When selecting adhesives for your roofing projects, bear in mind that there is a difference between water based and bonding (or contact) adhesives. Which you choose will largely depend on the type of substrate you’re adhering to. Timber decks will take both bonding and water based adhesive, but for many other substrates you’ll need to use bonding, also known as contact adhesive for fully reliable adhesion.

PermaRoof Contact Adhesive
High performance contact adhesive is important when installing EPDM to ensure the integrity of the project. Making the decision whether to use contact adhesive or a water-based option depends on the project substrate. Contact adhesive (also known as bonding adhesive) can be rollered on. It is the one to choose when working on surfaces like concrete, where you would use it in conjunction with a primer. It it more well-behaved than water-based in the heat, as long as you allow it to fully tack off on both the substrate and the membrane.
