The Celtas natural roofing slate is produced from quality Grade ‘A’ rock, formed 400 million years ago, during the Ordovician period, the same time as Welsh Slate. This roofing slate comes in a range of sizes to suit different looks, and offers 3 grades to select from Best, Heavy Mix and Standard.

This roofing slate complies with all relevant British and European standard BS EN 12326 and the test results show that this slate is A1, T1 and S1.
